Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our Bulacan location. You will oversee QSCH management, ensure service excellence, and maintain cleanliness while guiding the team through peak hours.

You will drive local marketing programs, develop guest loyalty, conduct regular store meetings, acknowledge performance, and administer key management systems to boost sales and QSCH results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Management or related field.
• Experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist execution.
• Manage floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitable guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas; ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; continuously improve service quality.
