Your role includes resolving guest concerns, managing closing procedures, and executing local marketing initiatives to drive loyalty and repeat visits. Previous restaurant supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in F&B Services Management or related field.
• Experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor preferred in food & beverage.
• Experience in restaurant operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH checklist execution.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high product quality standards.
• Resolve guests' concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store readiness for the next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to achieve consistent performance.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with the team.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop guest loyalty initiatives and encourage referrals.
