Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and staff performance in our restaurant in the Philippines. You will lead shift execution, ensure QSCH compliance, and drive sales-building initiatives to enhance guest loyalty.

Responsibilities cover opening/closing procedures, floor management during peak hours, maintaining cleanliness, resolving guest concerns, and nurturing a positive team environment to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) is followed.
• Manage the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, restroom, kitchen and preparation areas as well as exterior areas.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience and maintain high serving time and product quality.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints promptly.
• Manage closing shift procedures and conduct closing checks for next day readiness.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Nurture a work environment that engages team members and builds positive relationships.
• Administer the Key Management Systems assigned by the Restaurant Manager to influence Sales, Profit, QSCH and People results.
