Job summary

Shakey's Philippines, part of Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc., is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Cavite City to lead daily store operations. You will drive QSCH procedures, supervise the floor during peak times, maintain cleanliness, and ensure superior guest service while coaching the team for consistent performance.

The role involves handling guest concerns, implementing local marketing initiatives, and fostering loyalty through memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in F&B Services Management or related field.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Open/Mid shift procedures with QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) to prepare the store for shift.
• Lead the floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas; ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience; meet and surpass product quality standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Manage closing shift procedures and daily setup for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant to consistently achieve excellent operations and empower the team.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive trials and foster repeat business.
• Develop relationships to build guest loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
