MANYQ Food Management Ltd., Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

You will supervise staff, ensure top-tier service, uphold food safety standards, and drive profitability through cost control and effective communications. The role requires 3-5 years in restaurant leadership, strong POS software proficiency, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Sound understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in meeting financial targets and improving profitability; problem-solving under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Certification in Food Handling or Hospitality Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations, including service delivery, food preparation, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain food quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and control food and beverage costs.
Create and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Manage budgets, sales targets, and financial performance of the restaurant.
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
Plan and execute promotional activities and special events to drive business growth.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises.
Liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
