Qualifications

• 5 years experience as Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial reports.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage crisis situations, including resolving customer complaints and disruptions.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, health, and safety in compliance with local regulations and brand standards.
• Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and activities to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
