Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation in Mabalacat, Pampanga, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding guest service, drive sales, and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.

You will lead, coach, and develop supervisors and staff; monitor labor and food costs; review P&L performance; maintain the Operational Performance Logbook; and coordinate with area managers to implement company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong background in P&L management and financial analysis.
• Experience using an Operations Logbook to track performance.
• Knowledge of inventory, scheduling and cost controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and staff to meet goals.
• Maintain guest satisfaction with high food quality and service.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs and profitability.
• Analyze P&L reports to improve financial performance.
