MTDM Trading in Philippines seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team towards exceptional service quality. The candidate should manage BOH/FOH operations, staff scheduling, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high food safety standards.
The role requires at least 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall store performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for food service, team management, and operational excellence.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Operations Management (or equivalent experience).
At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or management
Preferably has an experience in sales forecasting, food costing, cost control, and inventory management.
Experience in handling staff attendance, payroll coordination, or timekeeping systems and gov't mandated benefits.
Experience in administrative works
Experience in BOH and FOH Staff Management and operations.
Knowledge of food safety standards, health and safety regulations and restaurant systems
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain high service standards and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Amendable to work in Quezon City
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Drive sales performance while managing costs, inventory, and overall store profitability.
Lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and cleaners.
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation, and safety regulations
Monitor sales, prepare daily sales reports, and submit operational reports to management.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and purchasing of needed supplies
Monitor and verify Daily Time Records (DTR) of restaurant staff, ensuring accuracy of attendance, timekeeping, and submission for payroll and government mandated benefits processing
Provides administrative support through accurate documentation, data entry, and record‑keeping.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, manpower, inventory)
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Perform other tasks assigned by the owner or higher management.
