Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an experienced Reporting and Recruitment Systems Administrator to ensure accurate commission figures, access control, and robust reporting. You will manage Bullhorn data, perform bulk data loads, and support system integrations in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, timely boards packs, and clear communication with directors and consultants, with hybrid work from IT Park Cebu City or remote outside Cebu.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Bullhorn experience or similar tool for records, categories, placements, and reporting outputs.
• Background in recruitment, staffing, or sales-driven business with urgency and accuracy.
• Experience preparing/validating commission, payroll-adjacent, or performance data with attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills used in live reporting or data-checking contexts.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication for fast vs thorough responses.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule from IT Park Cebu City; remote outside Cebu allowed.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring reporting calendar; ensure outputs are accurate and timely for directors and consultants.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (ABC, activity data, actuals, board packs).
• Build and update Cube dashboards and reporting outputs.
• Maintain temp references, org charts, and RDO eligibility data.
