You will safeguard the recruitment database, ensuring candidate and client profiles are accurate, properly coded, and optimized for recruiters in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include data hygiene, system optimization within a cloud-based database, and seamless maintenance of large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Proven experience with Bullhorn or similar Applicant Tracking Systems/CRM software.
• Experience in cloud-based systems and databases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, clean, and maintain data integrity in a large-scale database.
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Data Hygiene: Identify, clean, and correct inaccurate data points on candidate and client profiles.
• System Optimization: Code and categorize profiles within our cloud-based system to improve searchability.
• Database Maintenance: Manage large volumes of information ensuring entries meet standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work as a pleasant, collaborative team member to support recruitment data needs.
