Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Bullhorn or similar Applicant Tracking Systems / CRM software.
• Experience working within cloud-based systems and computer databases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, clean, and maintain data integrity within a large-scale database.
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with a pleasant personality and a strong desire to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Data Hygiene: Identify, clean, and correct inaccurate data points on candidate and client profiles.
• System Optimization: Code and categorize profiles within our cloud-based system to ensure high searchability.
• Database Maintenance: Manage large volumes of information within a large-scale database.
• Team Collaboration: Work as a pleasant and collaborative team player to support the recruitment department's data needs.
