Job summary

Tribal Group, Manila-based with remote-flexible setup, seeks a People Systems & Reporting Specialist to administer HR systems and deliver accurate reports and dashboards. You will improve data quality, automate recurring processes, and support decision-making with workforce insights.

You will work with stakeholders across the business, strengthening data integrity and driving self-service reporting using tools like Power BI and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using an HR information system or equivalent business system.
• Experience producing accurate, user-friendly reports, dashboards or MI for stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and data skills, incl. validation, manipulation and quality checks.
• Good understanding of HR processes, people data structures and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate regular and ad hoc reports covering headcount, forecasting and workforce activity.
• Analyse and present people data through dashboards and narratives highlighting trends and risks.
• Administer and support HR systems, including permissions, configuration and data uploads.
• Maintain accurate people data across systems; perform quality checks and resolve issues.
• Improve reporting using Power BI/Power Automate for self-service access.
• Coordinate data submissions to external partners and statutory bodies.
