Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Reporting and Recruitment Systems Administrator to serve as the operational data hub for our fast-paced recruitment firm. You will ensure accurate commission figures, system access, and timely reporting to support director decisions and consultant performance.

Hybrid work from IT Park Cebu City or remote outside Cebu is available. You will own recurring reports, manage Bullhorn data, and collaborate with stakeholders to flag discrepancies early.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Bullhorn experience or similar tool for records, placements and reporting.
• Background in recruitment, staffing, or sales-driven environment with urgency and accuracy.
• Experience preparing or checking commission or payroll-adjacent data with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards.
• Manage data feeding commission decisions and payroll summaries.
• Maintain Bullhorn records, perform bulk data loads and support automation workflows.
• Document recurring tasks and support system improvements.
