Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking a Workforce Systems Analyst to own the employee monitoring and time-tracking platforms. The role requires hands-on administration, cross-functional collaboration with IT, HR, and Finance, and a commitment to data accuracy and privacy.

You will manage user provisioning, policy configurations, and routine health checks. You will also build and maintain dashboards, investigate anomalies, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering an employee monitoring/time-tracking platform.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards for leadership.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and configuration of monitoring/time-tracking platforms end to end.
• Provision users, groups, and agents.
• Configure policies, rules, and license allocation.
• Run agent health checks and close endpoint coverage gaps.
• Review daily activity data and alerts; investigate anomalies.
• Build productivity, attendance, and utilization reports for GoTeam.
• Maintain scheduled dashboards and deliver reporting on time.
• Reconcile data against attendance records and document evidence for audits.
