Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a meticulous Recruitment Data Administrator to manage and optimize our recruitment database from a home-based setup. You will ensure candidate and client profiles are accurate, properly coded, and ready for recruiters to search, supporting the recruitment team with data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 1 year of experience, with proven Bullhorn/CRM skills and comfort working in cloud-based databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Proven experience working with Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM software.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Data Hygiene: Identify, clean, and correct inaccurate data points on candidate and client profiles.
• System Optimization: Code and categorize profiles for high searchability in cloud systems.
