Job summary

Vena Group seeks a Construction Regulatory & Trade Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance across renewable energy projects from construction to operation. You will interface with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI, BOC, and other agencies to secure approvals and ensure readiness for commercial operation.

The role requires strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on maximizing incentives and timely equipment importation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in engineering fields relevant to energy projects.
• Professional Engineer registration is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy, power, or EPC projects.
• Experience handling DOE, ERC, IEMOP, BOI, and BOC regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine Renewable Energy regulations and WESM registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regulatory compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate submissions with DOE, ERC, IEMOP, and BOI; track milestones.
• Manage importation, customs clearance, and incentives compliance.
• Coordinate with regulators and local government agencies to secure permits.
• Maintain regulatory dashboards and prepare management reports.
• Identify process improvements to reduce approval timelines.
