Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking MACD Representatives to provision and manage customer voice services in a hosted VoIP environment. You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate configuration, activation, and delivery that meets requirements.

The role suits those with technical support, helpdesk, networking, telecommunications, or VoIP experience who enjoy solving problems and owning tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of technical support or help desk experience.
• Strong computer skills and confidence with multiple software applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good keyboard and mouse skills.
• Basic understanding of voice, data, and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Review site surveys to determine customer voice service requirements.
• Identify provisioning requirements through voice gap analysis reviews.
• Use reports and internal systems to complete voice provisioning tasks on time.
• Design and build customer voice services using BroadWorks-based tools.
• Communicate requirements to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage telephone number porting activities with internal and external teams.
• Monitor order status and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate updates throughout provisioning.
• Ensure requests are properly implemented and documented.
• Take ownership from setup to successful installation.
