Job summary

Resolv Global in the Philippines seeks technically minded MACD Representatives to provision and manage customer voice services within a hosted VoIP environment. You will work with customers, vendors, account managers, and internal teams to ensure services are configured, activated, documented, and delivered to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of technical support or help desk experience.
• Strong computer skills and confidence with multiple software applications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong keyboard and mouse skills.
• Basic understanding of voice, data and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Willingness to work overnight schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Comfortable working in a structured and accountable environment.

Responsibilities

• Review site surveys to determine customer voice service requirements.
• Identify provisioning requirements via voice gap analysis.
• Use reports and internal systems to complete provisioning tasks.
• Design and build customer voice services using BroadWorks-based tools.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to understand requirements.
• Manage telephone number porting activities with internal and external teams.
• Monitor order status and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain updates throughout provisioning.
• Ensure requests are implemented and documented.
• Take ownership from initial setup through installation.
• Handle multiple requests with speed and accuracy.
• Explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
