Job summary

Resolv Global in the Philippines is seeking MACD Representatives to provision and manage customer voice services in a hosted VoIP environment. You will work with customers, vendors, account managers, and internal teams to configure, activate, document, and deliver services that meet requirements.

The role suits those with technical support or VoIP experience who enjoy solving problems, ownership of tasks, and the ability to work overnight from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time.

Qualifications

• 6 months of technical support or help desk experience.
• Strong understanding of voice, data, and networking concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work an overnight schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review site surveys and scope-of-work documentation to determine customer voice service requirements.
• Identify provisioning requirements from voice gap analysis reviews.
• Use reports, dashboards, and internal systems to complete voice provisioning tasks accurately and on time.
• Design and build customer voice services using BroadWorks-based tools.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, account managers, and internal teams to understand technical requirements and business needs.
• Manage telephone number porting activities with internal and external teams.
• Monitor order and implementation status and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate updates throughout the provisioning process.
• Ensure customer requests are properly implemented and documented.
• Take ownership of requests from initial setup through successful installation.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
