Hunt St Pty Ltd is recruiting a Philippines-based Virtual Assistant with house plans experience. This remote, independent contractor role supports a Western Australian client in residential heating/cooling solutions.

Tasks include handling construction plans, costings, quotations, and solar designs from design to handover, with AU business hours alignment. The position requires meticulous document handling, proficiency with Excel, and ability to learn new software; strong English communication

Qualifications

Basic understanding of house plans or construction drawings, or a strong willingness to learn.
Experience in areas such as interior design, drafting, architecture, real estate, new home sales, construction administration or similar is highly regarded.
Comfortable learning and working with new computer programs and software.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to follow established processes while also using initiative to identify missing or incorrect information.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Review builders’ construction plans, specs and customer information.
Set up customers, projects and electronic job files within Fortix.
Upload and organise construction plans and specs.
Perform preliminary heat-load calculations and designs using Plandroid.
Scale plans, position equipment and ductwork, calculate airflow and select components.
Prepare air-conditioning costings and quotes in simPRO using prebuilds.
Review house plans and solar layouts to prepare preliminary designs using Pylon.
Select solar components and prepare solar costings and quotes in simPRO.
Produce customer proposals through Quotient in Ford & Doonan format.
Submit designs and quotes to owner for review before issuing to customers.
Revise designs and quotations after feedback from owner or customers.
Assist with solar administration, including STCs, rebates and finance applications.
Prepare completed solar projects for handover to installation team.
Maintain accurate file management and version control.
