Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage the admin inbox daily.
• Draft replies to client enquiries using templates.
• Send follow-up emails on quotes and invoices.
• Format and finalise quote documents in Word/Excel.
• Enter new job details into the management system as requested.
• Book client appointments and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain client lists in OneDrive and update spreadsheets.
• Prepare simple weekly admin summary reports.
