Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC service experience
• Trade certificate in refrigeration and air conditioning
• Comfortable estimating labour time
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience with SimPro or similar job management software
• Proven quoting experience

Responsibilities

• Review fault reports and notes to determine repair scope
• Identify correct parts for brand/model
• Source parts and pricing from suppliers
• Estimate labour time for repairs
• Prepare and issue quotes for clients
• Maintain quote and job records in SimPro
• Ensure quotes meet margin targets
