Job summary

The Verifications Specialist will verify employment, education, references, and license status for job applicants, handling outbound and inbound calls, email verification, and internet research.

You will work in a fast-paced remote environment with a focus on accuracy, productivity, and teamwork, supported by ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year(s) experience in an office setting; US Domestic Background Screening experience considered a plus.
• Strong phone presence with professional demeanor.
• Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Able to navigate multiple windows/browsers and perform extensive internet research.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily in education, employment, and reference verifications for clients.
• Review and complete verification requests as ordered by clients.
• Determine next steps to verify information through research.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system for the Verifications Department.
• Conduct internet research to verify education and employment information.
