In the HR and Recruiting Administrator role, you will lead day-to-day HR operations and own full-cycle global recruiting—from sourcing through onboarding—while handling HR support tickets, travel, purchasing, and routine admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
• 2+ years in HR administration preferred.
• Experience with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding/offboarding domestic and international staff.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, ATS, HelloSign, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle domestic and international recruiting—from posting to interviewing, offers, and final agreements.
• Coordinate global onboarding in BambooHR and Paylocity, handling background checks, compliance forms, and document storage.
• Prepare self-billing invoices for international contractors.
• Maintain SOPs, employment verifications, and track events, trainings, and anniversaries.
• Coordinate executive travel and handle corporate purchasing as directed by HR and Finance.
