Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to verify sales orders and customer details.
• Review calls and docs for script, regulatory, and internal guideline compliance.
• Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or fraudulent activities in sales transactions.
• Document verification results accurately in the company's systems.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely data correction.
• Provide constructive feedback to sales teams regarding compliance and data accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security at all times.
• Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and verification best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes and procedures.
