Job summary

National Search Group, Inc. seeks four US Recruitment Specialists for full-time remote roles based in the Philippines. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based candidates, screening and recommending fits while upholding our core value proposition.

Ideal candidates have SAE English, strong interviewing and sourcing skills, and experience with online recruiting, MS Office, and ATS. US business hours apply with EST alignment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of HR, talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred.
• Experience with online/social media recruiting.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR on job descriptions, requisitions, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Lead teams to recruit and perform talent acquisition activities, including resume screening and candidate interviews.
• Develop networks and pipelines to build the ATS/brand and candidate database.
• Follow up with VPs to evaluate recruiting effectiveness.
