Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal and client roles in US shifts (EST).
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to gauge qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to align hiring needs with market talent.
• Maintain timely recruitment data and reporting for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends and recruitment practices for US and Indian markets.
• Work in rotational shifts across time zones to ensure smooth hiring outcomes.
