Available to work fixed night shifts aligned with US hours.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment process from sourcing to offers.
Identify active and passive US tech talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards.
Screen candidates for technical fit and build pipelines.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and US hiring managers.
Maintain real-time records in the ATS.
