Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years IT/Technology recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing permanent and/or contract IT roles.
• Strong understanding of technology environments and core IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Perform initial technical screenings to verify candidate skills against job orders.
• Maintain a Ready-Now talent map for recurring technical roles to reduce turnaround times.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications with clients.
• Ensure candidate records are compliant and audit-ready.
