Torpedo Talent is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to lead full-cycle hiring for diverse roles within the company. This remote role requires building pipelines, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Candidates must be Filipino citizens living in the Philippines, with a Bachelor's in HR or related field, strong English, and proven sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and ATS platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as Talent Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
