About the role

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to join a dedicated Managed Delivery Pod supporting a leading US staffing partner. This role focuses on end-to-end technical recruitment across Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, AI/ML, Product, and DevOps. Designed for recruiters with 2+ years of experience, you will independently manage full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with US hiring managers to source both active and passive talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from proactive candidate sourcing through recruiter screens, interview coordination, and offer acceptance

• Identify and engage active and passive US tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search strings, tech job boards, networking, and referral systems

• Conduct initial recruiter screenings to evaluate candidate technical fit, while building strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming client requisitions

• Oversee interview scheduling and maintain direct communication with candidates and US hiring managers, meeting all agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards

• Maintain precise, real-time records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activity within the ATS

About you

• 2+ years of recruitment experience dedicated to the US market

• Prior experience within a staffing agency or RPO setup is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and US job boards

• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency for professional interaction with US candidates and stakeholders

• Proven capability to handle multiple open requisitions concurrently in a high-volume environment

• Direct hands-on experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Must have your own working Laptop/PC and a reliable headset/headphones

• Must be fully available to work fixed Night Shifts aligned with standard US working hours
