• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to run multiple active searches.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good judgment in candidate evaluation and decision-making.
• Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup.
• Able to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate fit (skills, communication, cultural fit).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring strong candidate attendance.
• Manage candidate pipelines within an ATS and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with candidates across phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and improve hiring outcomes.
• Run proactive outbound sourcing and outreach to engage passive candidates when inbound flow is insufficient.
• Support onboarding with occasional check-ins for new hires.
