BruntWork is seeking a remote Recruiter to own the front end of the hiring process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates working with US teams.

You will partner with US-based recruiters and account teams, with potential to extend beyond the initial term for strong performers. The role supports a busy season and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or staffing or similar high-volume, candidate-facing role.
• 2+ years experience working with a US company.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (Salesforce), Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom.
• Discretion handling sensitive candidate information (contact details, background check status).

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes against job requirements.
• Reach out to candidates by phone, text, and email and respond quickly to inbound candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews with qualified candidates.
• Schedule client interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
• Track onboarding steps and follow up to prevent drop-off.
• Keep candidate records accurate in ATS (Salesforce).
• Monitor open roles and deadlines to fill client orders on time.
• Flag issues early to recruiter lead.
