The role requires strong full-cycle recruiting, excellent client-facing skills, and the discipline to work independently with daily communication and a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle staffing, recruiting, or talent consulting.
• At least 1 year of direct client-facing or account management experience.
• Based in Brazil, Uruguay, India, or the Philippines.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and staffing activities from sourcing through candidate placement.
• Identify, assess, and engage qualified candidates for client requirements.
• Work directly with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
• Provide a professional candidate and client experience.
• Manage multiple recruiting priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining consistent availability and communication.
