You will spend most of your time sourcing, making outbound calls, conducting screening interviews, and building talent pipelines. This role emphasizes candidate generation, with responsibilities spanning outreach, qualification, and recruiting administration to keep processes smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS platforms.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Workable, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build candidate pipelines for multiple open positions.
• Make outbound phone calls to prospective candidates.
• Contact candidates by email and text message.
• Follow up consistently throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update activity in the recruiting platform.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recruiting notes.
• Coordinate with Account Managers throughout the hiring process.
