RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and leveraging online platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of various roles and positions to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, skills, and experience.
• Work closely with Account Executives to understand specific position requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive positioning to inform hiring decisions.
• Strategically manage candidate relationships to build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter. Preferably with a focus on professional services, sales, engineering or light industrial positions of all levels.
• Must have end-to-end recruiting experience from sourcing to closing.
• Strong understanding of complex and evolving fields, including key players, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and account managers.
• Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
