TalentTech Solutions - JSM (IT Talent Partner) is seeking a mid-level Recruiter – US Staffing to join our delivery pod supporting a leading US staffing operation. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across legal, HR, finance, operations, administrative, and customer support roles.

You will source and screen candidates, build pipelines, and coordinate interviews while ensuring timely updates for hiring stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, or shared services roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity.
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and candidate-experience expectations.
