Job summary

Limitlessli, a remote staffing partner, is seeking a US Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for healthcare facilities. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates for non-clinical and facility support roles, including dietary aides, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and activities, across multiple US time zones.

The role is fully remote, offering home-based work with EST hours and collaboration with an international team. Experience in US recruiting and ATS is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of US recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly hiring.
• Experience recruiting in Skilled Nursing, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or similar environments.
• Proven experience recruiting frontline roles such as housekeeping, dietary, laundry, maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS and job board platforms.
• Ability to work US business hours and support multiple US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Review applications and conduct phone/video screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.
• Partner with facility leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience.
