Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

• Experience with commercial property accounting a must, month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Produce monthly operating reports for each building.
• Perform CAM reconciliations and lease-related reporting.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash reconciliations.
• Coordinate with property management and auditors.
