Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Property Admin Support to assist CAMs and manage a portfolio of accounts from a night-shift work-from-home setup. You will handle work order status inquiries, ARC preparation, 4041 forms, and coordinate with homeowners and service providers to ensure timely closes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, and proficiency with MS Excel and MYOB/Quickbooks/Xero.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• At least 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Familiarity with Australian tax regulations and financial reporting is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports CAMs (2-3) and a portfolio of accounts.
• Receive calls and answer questions on work orders, ARC, and Association duties.
• Coordinate admin tasks like community mailers with SouthData with CAM.
• Manage follow-up and closing of work orders.
• Weekly follow-ups on standard work orders with Service Providers.
• Process 4041 forms and address change requests.
• Review compliance items and prepare ARC for Board evaluation.
• Process approval/denial of ARC applications and file accordingly.
