Job summary

New CAS LLC is hiring a U.S. accounting professional for a remote, PH-based night-shift role. You’ll manage full-cycle accounting for U.S.

clients, prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash-flow projections, and maintain clean, audit-ready records. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of U.S. accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Excel, and strong English, with CPA optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of U.S. accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero, Bill.com, G-Suite/Excel.
• CPA or non-CPA with strong English communication and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (night shift PH-based).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. clients: AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow) with variance analysis.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections; monitor burn and runway for SMB clients.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Run payroll accurately and on time; ensure approvals and deductions.
• Standardize checklists, SOPs, and close calendars; identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and clients; translate financials into plain English; flag risks.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and organized records.
