Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking a U.S.-experienced accountant for a remote, full-time PH-based night shift role. You will manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. clients, produce financial statements, and support decisions with actionable insights.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 3+ years US accounting experience, and QuickBooks Online proficiency; CPA or non-CPA welcome. Flexible, long-term career with company-provided equipment and remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of U.S. accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required; knowledge of Xero and Bill.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. clients: AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely financial statements with variance analysis and insights.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections for SMB clients.
• Reconcile bank and credit accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Run payroll accurately with approvals and deductions; ensure compliance.
• Standardize checklists, SOPs, and close calendars; identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and clients; translate financials clearly.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and organized records.
