Job summary

DarkHorse PH Services Inc. is seeking an experienced US Accountant for a full-time remote position based in the Philippines. You will work under a training program with the Principal and support document organization, bookkeeping, and payroll.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in public accounting, proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, and strong organizational and analytical skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
2-3 years of experience in public accounting.
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Excel; able to learn software quickly.
Strong organizational skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Experience working night shift; resident of the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Support Principal in client document organization, follow up and outreach.
Fundamental understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable.
Manage the general ledger.
Handle payroll with integrity and accuracy.
Demonstrate mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Adapt to high pace to support a growing business.
Ensure accuracy in accounting and client billing.
