ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support client accounting and bookkeeping needs. The role collaborates with the Controller and senior team to ensure timely, accurate financial records and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of US bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities. This is a night shift position with WFH options and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of U.S. bookkeeping or US Accounting.
• At least 2 years of recent experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and transactional accounting.
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and independently research and resolve accounting issues.

Mansioni

• Perform monthly bookkeeping and accounting services for assigned clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client financial records.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Review financial activity and account balances for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with identifying and correcting bookkeeping issues and historical discrepancies.
• Perform bookkeeping clean-up and catch-up projects as needed.
• Assist with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for client accounting work.
• Communicate with clients regarding accounting questions and information needed to complete assignments.
• Follow established accounting procedures, workflows, and quality standards.
