Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a Senior Client Accounting Specialist to manage end-to-end accounting and monthly closes for a portfolio of U.S. SMBs. You will handle multi-entity structures, bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial statements.

You will also oversee QuickBooks Online and related software integrations, liaise with U.S. clients for document collection, and support year-end tax preparation. A strong grasp of U.S. GAAP and English communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S. client environments.
• Experience with multi-entity structures (Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, LLC).
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and monthly close for multi-entity U.S. clients.
• Oversee QuickBooks Online ecosystems and ledger clean-ups.
• Maintain professional communication with U.S. owners and staff.
