Job summary

TOA Global Pty is hiring a Bookkeeper & Accounting Support Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients. This 100% remote role from the Philippines supports month-end closes under US CPA guidance, with emphasis on QuickBooks Online and accuracy across ledgers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of US bookkeeping experience, solid accrual accounting knowledge, and strong English communication for client coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years bookkeeping experience handling US-based clients.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; exposure to Xero is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly bookkeeping and journal entries.
• Conduct bank, credit card, loan, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support Fractional CFO by updating budgets, KPIs and cash flow forecasts.
