Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking an experienced U.S. Accountant based in the Philippines for a full-time remote night shift role. You will support U.S. CPA firms, handling full-cycle accounting, payroll, and insightful financial reporting for diverse clients.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, journal entries, month-end close, budgets, cash flow, and automation. Requires QuickBooks Online, with Xero/Bill.com/G-Suite a plus, strong English, and 3+ years in U.S. accounting. CPA welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of U.S. accounting/bookkeeping experience (public practice or industry).
• QuickBooks Online proficiency (required); experience with Xero, Bill.com, G-Suite/Excel is a plus.
• Experienced CPA or non-CPA - both welcome.
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) and client-facing experience.
• Ownership mentality: organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple clients without sacrificing accuracy.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (night shift PH-based).

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. clients: AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare timely financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow) with variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Build budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow projections; monitor burn and runway for SMB clients.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Run payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with approvals and deductions.
• Standardize checklists, SOPs, and close calendars; identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teammates and clients: join calls, translate financials into plain English, and flag risks/opportunities.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and organized, clean records.
