Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounting Support professional for the night shift with work-from-home flexibility. The role supports CAMs and a portfolio of accounts, handling inquiries about work orders and ARC processes while coordinating with the association Board.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 3+ years in accounting or bookkeeping, with proficiency in MS Excel and MYOB/QuickBooks/Xero, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero.
• Familiarity with Australian tax regulations and financial reporting standards preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supports a specified group of CAMs and portfolio of accounts.
• Receive customer calls and answer status questions on work orders, ARC requests, or Association responsibilities.
• Coordinate with CAM on administrative tasks such as processing community-wide mailers with SouthData.
• Manage follow-up and closing of work order tickets.
• Weekly follow-up on standard work orders with service providers; update progress and close when completed.
• Receive, process and manage 4041 Forms and address change requests.
• Review open compliance items and prepare ARC applications for Board evaluation.
• Process approval/denial of ARC applications and communicate with homeowners.
