Responsibilities

• Close deadlines met and ensure timely postings.
• Monitor client bookkeepers for routine postings and coding.
• Review journals for tie-out to source documents and post to ledger.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts.
• Report to Accounting Manager and Director by deadlines.
• Assist weekly cash flow forecasting for upcoming weeks.
