Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and online payment platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: manage transactions, coding, and timely payments.
• Maintain vendor and customer records for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and support month/year-end close.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support cross-functional teams with accounting insights.
